Frequently Asked Questions
What time can we check-in/check-out?
You can check-in from 5pm, but it's always worth going to the reception when you arrive to see whether the apartment is ready. You have to check out by 10am.
Is there anything to pay on check in?
Tourist tax will need to be paid directly to the reception (free for under 18's). The tax amount changes each season, we'll confirm the amount with the reception. You will also have to leave a security deposit of €2000 per apartment upon arrival. This can be paid by credit card at the reception when you check in. The funds are pre-authorised, which means they aren’t taken off your card, but the amount will not be available to spend. The funds will be released once your room is checked after you leave.
What is the procedure for late arrivals?
We will contact the reception on your behalf prior to your departure and will inform them of your arrival time. There is a key box where the keys will be left. If you are delayed and haven't made any prior late arrival arrangements, then it's is very important that you call the reception before it closes and let them know your new arrival time.
Are there ski lockers?
Yes. Each apartment is allocated ski lockers with boot dryers.
Are there coffee machines in the apartments?
Yes, each apartment has an Nespresso® coffee machine.
Is there Wi-Fi and is it free?
There is free high speed Wi-Fi, which is a real treat in the Alps, most are very patchy.
Is there covered parking available?
Yes, there is access to a car park (subject to availability). Please let us know if you require a space and we'll ask the reception for the price (changes each season).
Is end of stay cleaning included?
Yes, mid and end of staying cleaning is included (excluding kitchen, crockery, balcony and rubbish bin).
Is bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made up.
Is there childcare equipment?
Please let us know if you need any baby equipment such as a cot and high chair and we'll request those with the reception for you.
