Frequently Asked Questions
What time can we check-in/check-out?
You can check-in from 5pm, but it's always worth going to the reception when you arrive (from 1pm) to see whether the apartment is ready. You have to check out by 10am.
Is there anything to pay on check in?
Tourist tax @ €2.86 per person per day (free for under 18's). You will also have to leave a security deposit of €460 per apartment upon arrival. This can be paid by credit card at the reception when you check in. The funds are pre-authorised which means they aren’t taken off your card, but the amount will not be available to spend. The funds will be released once your room is checked after you leave.
What are the reception opening times?
The reception is open:
Mon - Friday 8am - 12pm
Saturday 7am - 8pm
What is the procedure for late arrivals?
We will contact the reception on your behalf prior to your departure and will inform them of your arrival time. There is usually a safety deposit box or similar in which your keys will be left. If you are delayed and haven't made any prior late arrival arrangements then its is very important that you call the reception before it closes and let them know your new arrival time.
Are there ski lockers?
Yes. Each apartment is allocated a private ski locker.
Is there luggage storage?
Yes, there is an unattended luggage storage area which you can utilise if you are waiting for your apartment or transfer.
Can I request a nice view?
It is possible to request this up to 15 days prior to your arrival. The request cannot be guaranteed.
Are there logs provided for apartments with a fireplace or log burner?
Yes, you will get an initial supply in the apartment of around 10 logs. More can be requested from the reception / garage, a fee may be chargeable for extra logs.
Are there coffee machines in the apartments?
Yes, there are American style filter coffee machines.
Is there Wi-Fi and is it free?
There is free Wi-Fi, however as you are in the Alps it isn't always the most reliable
What are the opening times for the Spa/pool and is it free?
The spa area which houses the saunas, hot tub, hammam and relaxing area are free to use. The opening times are:
Monday to Friday 10am-12pm/3pm-7pm Sunday 3pm-7pm
Saturday Closed
Massages and other spa treatment are available for a supplement. The indoor swimming pool located in their sister Hotel Alparena is open 10am-12pm/2pm-8pm every day.
Is there covered parking available?
Yes, there is covered parking available at the residence. It is €70 per car, per week and will need to be paid directly to the reception. Please let us know asap if you require a car parking space. There is limited availability and also a height limit.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed and cost €84 per week with a limit of two pets per apartment
Is end of stay cleaning included?
Yes, but before departure the occupant must ensure
The dishwasher and bins are emptied
The Fridge and oven are cleaned
The bed linen and towels are put in the bags provided
A cleaning supplement may be charged if the apartment is not left in good condition
Is Bed linen and towels provided?
